do I know if my phone can receive the item I want to
order?
Please check our compatibility
guide before you order, if your phone is listed
please check it's compatible with the item you want
to order. If your phone isn't listed then it is not
compatible with our service. We test and add new handsets
constantly so please check the guide for updates.
My
handset isn't listed on your compatibility guide, can
I still order?
If your handset isn't listed in our compatibility guide
then it may not be compatible with our service. Handsets
are added when we are confident that they are compatible
with our service. If you are sure that your handset
is compatible with the item you want they it may work,
but please be aware that we do
not give refunds for orders placed that have been sent
to mobile phones not listed in our compatibility chart.
My
handset is listed but my network isn't?
If your network is not listed then you will not be able
to receive items from us. We are constantly expanding
the range of networks we can deliver to so please check
back soon for updates.
My
country isn't listed on your site, can I order?
We deliver to the following countries:
Europe: UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria,
Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France,
Gibraltar, Greece, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg,
Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden
Rest of World: USA, Australia, New

On the website click on your country flag to view the
items available to order and for specific ordering information.
If you country is not in this list then we cannot deliver
items to you at the moment. We are constantly expanding
the number of countries we can deliver to so please
check back for updates.
How
do I get items sent to my phone?
1. Check if your handset and network are compatible
with our service
2. Make a note of the item code(s) that you want to
order and have the details of the mobile phone you want
the item(s) sent to (phone number, make and model, network)
3. Either call the number on the site, or where available
click "get it now" to order by credit card
or SMS.
I'm
trying to call your orderline but I keep getting a number
unobtainable message?
Some mobile phone operators block calls to premium rate
numbers. Try calling again from a landline, you do not
need to call from the phone you want the item to be
delivered to.
I
haven't received my order?
Orders are processed immediately and most items are
received within minutes but sometimes due to network
traffic items may take up to 24 hours to be received.
If your order has not arrived after 24 hours then please
contact us our automated helpline
number - 0871 872 4565 so that we can look into the problem
for you. If necessary we will re-send your original
order to your mobile at no extra charge.

Why
do I need to have WAP/GPRS enabled to get polyphonic
ringtones?
Polyphonic ringtones must be downloaded, they cannot
be sent directly to your phone. Before you order please
make sure that the WAP or GPRS service is enabled on
your phone. If you do not
have WAP or GPRS set up on your phone you can visit
www.wapmob.com
to get settings instantly.
Please
note we do not give refunds for WAP connectivity issues,

I've received is a text message, I don't have my ringtone?
We will send you a text message either containing a
website address or a bookmark which you will need to
go to using WAP/GPRS where you can download your tone.
We cannot send the tone directly to your phone.
How
do I download and save my polyphonic ringtone?
1. When you receive the SMS containing the WAP address
simply enter the full address (including the 5/6 letter
code using lowercase characters) into your WAP browser
on your handset and connect. Please note, you cannot
download the ringtone in your PC's web browser.
Alternatively, if you receive a bookmark you can choose
to download/connect to the bookmark without having to
enter the address.
2. Once connected select "Download Tone" and
your polyphonic ringtone will be downloaded. You will
be prompted to save it to your phone, please make sure
you SAVE the Polyphonic Ringtone to your phone.
3. To activate your Polyphonic Ringtone (Nokia menu
names) select the "Profiles" menu and then
the profile you want to change, select "Customize"
or "Personalise" and then "Ringtone".
Make sure the profile you activate your new Polyphonic
Ringtone on is the current profile on your phone.

My WAP connection failed before I could
download my tone?
Clear the cache in your WAP browser before you try accessing
the address again. There will be a menu option for this
in the WAP area on your phone (turning your phone off

the tone, if necessary we will reactivate the link and
resend to your mobile at no extra charge.

directory and not your "Games" directory.

My
WAP connection failed before I could download my Java
game?
Clear the cache in your WAP browser before you try accessing

1. Check your phone's free memory available.
If you are able to see the description of the game on
your phone, it should say how much memory it requires,
and if your phone's free memory is less than this, you
will need to delete some other games to make room. Check
your phone's manual for details on this limitation and
what sort of things you can safely delete.
3. If you are still unable to download the game, it
may be because your phone operator's WAP Gateway is
not able to let you download it. Simply call 09014 902209
(UK only. 50p charge from landline, call cost from mobiles
may vary) and we shall send you a configuration file
so you can connect to our gateway. Once you have received
our WAP configuration file your phone will store this
information so that next time you want to download a
game it will connect directly to our WAP gateway.

I've

Your phone will display "new ringtone
received". Press
Options and select Playback to listen to the new ringtone.
If you want to keep the ringtone, select Save to store
the ringtone on the mobile phone. On some models, you

empty ringtone space (or if your phone's memory is full
choose to overwrite an existing tone).

How
do I save my logo/picture message to my phone?
Choose "show"/"view" to display the
picture on your screen. Next press "options"
and choose "save" .
I
saved my logo but it keeps disappearing?
Please check your handset is in range of network coverage.
If you do not have any network coverage your logo will
not be visible until your phone is in range again. Also,
if you are "roaming" on an overseas network
your logo will not be visible because it is associated
with your home network.
How
can I use my new picture message?
You can send picture messages to other people with phones
that are compatible with them. When you write a new text
message there will be an option to either "Send Picture
Message" or to attach it to the message you are writing.
On
some handsets you can also use your picture message as
a screen saver. Select the "Profiles" menu and
then the profile you want to change, select "Customize"
or "Personalise" and then "Screen Saver".
Make sure the profile you activate your new screensaver
on is the current profile on your phone.

do I download and save my animated screensaver?
1. When you receive your bookmark your phone should display
a message saying "Bookmark Received". Choose
"Options" and "Save" bookmark.
2. Select "Services" from your menu options,
and then "Bookmarks". Select the bookmark that
you have received, choose "Options" and "GoTo"
to open the bookmark.
3. When your Animated ScreenSaver appears select "Options"
and "View Picture", then "Options"
and "Save Picture" to store your new Animated
Screensaver. You can now quit your WAP session and delete
the bookmark you received (the bookmark can only be used
once).

What
is my PIN number?
Your
voicemail PIN-code is there for security purposes. It
is only needed when you want to retrieve your messages
from another phone besides your own mobile. It prevents
other people from accessing your messages without authorisation.Your
voicemail PIN number is different to your 'Security
code' and 'PUK code'. If you have never changed
your voicemail PIN it will be the following default number:
O2: 8705
Vodafone: Default must be changed to
receive voicemail greetings
T-Mobile: 1210
Virgin: 7890
Orange: Default must be changed to receive
voicemail greetings
Eircell: 0000
ESAT: 0000
Without the correct PIN code for your voicemail service
your Voicemail Greeting cannot be delivered.

How
do I get my new voicemail greeting on my phone?
Make sure you know your mobile number and your voicemail
PIN code. Your voicemail service must be activated in
order to receive your new greeting and you must have previously
recorded a personal greeting that is longer than 6 seconds.
When you make your order for your new Voicemail Greeting
please ensure all calls to your mobile are diverted to
voicemail, otherwise the greeting cannot be delivered.
Check that your voice mail service is activated and either
turn your mobile phone off, or if the option is available
on your handset switch all calls to Voicemail.
